Jeollabuk-do (Jeonbuk State) is targeting the global market by joining nine local biotech companies — including QHBIO — at BIO KOREA 2026, held April 28–30 at COEX.
Through a dedicated "Jeonbuk Pavilion," QHBIO and fellow participants (Hamsoa Pharm, Basgenbio, Biorhealogics, Namusum, Jefit, Youth Bio Global, Juyoung Bio, and Airlab) will showcase technologies spanning medical devices, functional foods, regenerative medicine, and AI-based drug discovery, alongside on-site technical consultations and partner matchmaking.
The pavilion will also host a project planning meeting with KIST Europe to expand participation in the EU's Horizon Europe program, building on the Jeonbuk Biotech Cooperation Center established within KIST Europe in October 2024.
Cho Sung-yeon, Director of Jeollabuk-do's Bio-Defense Industry Division, called the exhibition an important opportunity to showcase Jeonbuk biotech companies' — including QHBIO's — technological competitiveness to the global market.

The Korea International Trade Association held its 60th Trade Day commemorative ceremony on the 5th at COEX in Samseong-dong, with approximately 1,200 attendees including trade contributors and heads of government and affiliated organizations.
The list of Export Tower award recipients by export value is as follows.
The Export Tower is awarded based on export performance from July 1 of the previous year through June 30 of this year. This year, 1,704 companies received the Export Tower for achieving export performance of at least USD 1 million.
