Yonsei Midain Clinic Introduces Hyaluronic Acid Injectable WELLSTOX AQUA PRO
Yonsei Midain Clinic (CEO and Head Doctor Kim Ji-hyun) announced that it has introduced WELLSTOX AQUA PRO LIDOCAINE, a hyaluronic acid (HA)-based medical device, and plans to use it for customized aesthetic treatments tailored to each patient’s facial condition.
WELLSTOX AQUA PRO LIDOCAINE is a monophasic hyaluronic acid injectable. Its HA is cross-linked with DVS (Divinyl Sulfone) and designed with uniform density throughout. Featuring a homogeneous formulation and containing lidocaine, it is indicated for the temporary improvement of facial wrinkles in adults through physical restoration.
“In aesthetic medicine, interest is growing in treatments that go beyond improving wrinkles or volume in a specific area to consider skin condition and the harmony of the face as a whole,” said Dr. Kim. “As patients present with a range of concerns, such as dry skin, fine lines and loss of elasticity, it is becoming more important to assess each individual’s condition in detail and choose the right treatment approach.”
“Treatments with hyaluronic acid injectables require an understanding of the product’s characteristics, as well as consideration of each patient’s skin thickness, tissue condition and facial movement,” she added. “Setting the appropriate injection points and volume, and taking a careful approach so that the product distributes evenly across the treated area, are key to achieving natural facial improvement.”
With the introduction of WELLSTOX AQUA PRO, Dr. Kim said the clinic plans to further refine its treatment plans according to each patient’s facial wrinkles and skin condition, alongside its existing skin aesthetic treatments. Drawing on the medical team’s clinical experience and the product’s characteristics, the clinic will continue to offer hair-related care and customized aesthetic skin services.
